Vernon Russell Howes1939 ~ 2008Vernon Russell Howes, a long time resident of Chetwynd, BC passed away in the Peace River Haven, Pouce Coupe, B.C. on February 18th, 2008 at the age of 68 years. Vernon was born to James and Eva Howes, on April 6, 1939 in Swiftcurrent, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his loving wife, Marie, daughters Evelyn & Teresa, son’s Ken, Wayne and Richard, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
