George (Pat) Desmond

1938 ~ 2008

We call him husband, dad, brother, papa and uncle. Even though we can’t see you doesn’t mean your not there. You are everywhere, you are in our hearts. After a long struggle with a hereditary heart disease, Pat passed awayon April 14th, 2008 in Pouce Coupe, B.C. at the age of 70 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Lil, their children, Penny Attfield, Theresa (Joe) Polselli, Dawn (Glen) Chesterman, Joy (Marshall) Orford, Sherrie (Ron) Guy and April (Leon) Shular,  18 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.

Pat was predeceased by his Mother; Florence, Father; George, sisters; Mary Strome and Joyce Kincott, brother; John and granddaughter, Sherry Shular.

For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory  of Pat to the B.C. Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Pat will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
