Bertha Letendre

1927 ~ 2008

Bertha was born on February 15, 1927 to Alexis and Florence Gauthier. She passed away on September 6, 2008 in Kelowna, B.C. at the age of 81years.

She is survived by her children; Shirley (Glen) Cormylo, Vivian (Mike) Willier, Ron, Kathleen (Norman) Perreault, Patricia (Emile) Blandin, Dennis (Gina), Valerie (Ken) Winkler, her brothers; Oliver and Howard Gauthier, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews, numerous extended family and many, many friends.

She is predeceased by her husband, Fred Letendre, Parents, Alexis and Florence Gauthier, Sisters, Ivy, Nancy and Loretta, Sister-in-law’s, Gertie and Alice, brothers, Johnny, George, Edward and Norman, Brother-in-law, Lorne Spiers, Children, Lorne, Penny and Dale, Grandchildren, Brandon Roberts, Richard Carmylo and Jacqueline Willier and her Adopted Daughter and Bingo Buddy, Rita Rohel.

A Wake was held on September 12, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Saulteau First Nations Community Hall.

A Funeral Service was held on September 13, 2008 at 11:00 am. Fr. David John officiated, Interment was held in the Lake View Cemetery Moberly Lake, B.C.
